The Role 


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stockist Account Executive. This role is integral in assisting with the management and expansion of our relationships with high-end retailers globally. The ideal candidate will embody the values and ethos of Vintner's Daughter, ensuring that our brand is represented with the utmost integrity and excellence. This position will be based in San Francisco. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Account Support. Assist in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing retailers, ensuring they are well-supported and achieving brand standards related to in-store positioning, visual merchandising, online positioning, events and education. 
  • Sales Coordination. Support the development and execution of strategic sales, marketing and education plans to meet and exceed sales targets and company objectives.
  • Training and Support. Help provide comprehensive training to retail partners on product knowledge, brand values, and luxury sales techniques.
  • Merchandising and Display. Assist in ensuring that Vintner's Daughter products are presented in a manner consistent with luxury brand standards. Work closely with retailers on in-store displays, visual merchandising and online positioning.
  • New Business Development Support. Aid in identifying and securing new high-end retailer opportunities focusing on the world’s best spas and estheticians, jewel box department stores, luxury boutiques, and tastemaker independent retailers.
  • Reporting and Analysis. Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Marketing Coordination. Coordinate with the brand marketing and creative teams on marketing programs, visual merchandising, online positioning and content, events at retailer locations and product launches to drive brand awareness and sales.  
  • Operations Coordination. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure efficient account setup, order fulfillment, customer service and regulatory compliance.  
  • Administrative Tasks. Handle various administrative duties related to account management, including maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.


Professional Qualifications


  • Experience: 3 or more years in sales/account management or coordination with luxury beauty or high-end consumer products or services preferred. A track record of success in a fast-paced, small company is a plus. 
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of luxury brand positioning, retail dynamics, and customer service excellence.
  • Passion: Genuine passion for luxury skincare and a commitment to sustainable and ethical business practices.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with stockists and attend events, at times on evenings or weekends.
