What are we looking for?

We are looking for Administrative Assistant who has extensive experience in an office environment and delivering excellent customer service. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail. Our Administrative Assistant will be able to multi-task and create networks and establish relationships. They will have a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will need to have reliable transportation. Due to the nature of the position our Office Administrator will need to work a flexible schedule.


What’s the position?

  • Sort and deliver office mail
  • Scan correspondence to appropriate parties
  • Receive and store packages for Retail, VIP & Omni
  • Place office supply orders
  • Order and arrange delivery of flowers and gift baskets
  • Assist in planning and coordination of monthly office lunches
  • Reserving meeting spaces and arranging tech is set up
  • Assist in planning and coordination of in-house events on property
  • Assist team members in setting up travel profiles with corporate travel provider
  • Book flights for new team members when needed
  • Complete request forms for hotel comps
  • Log property comps
  • Reconcile comp invoices from properties
  • Participate in the Office Social Committee that arranges office social functions
  • Provide support for Directors and Vice Presidents when they are planning office visits and while in office
  • Provide back up to Executive Assistant when needed
