Job Description:
Answer phones and transfer callers to the appropriate department/employee
Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Arrange meeting logistics and take meeting minutes
Book travel accommodation (transportation, lodging, conferences)
Write and respond to routine correspondence (email+)
File documents, order office supplies, analyze data and proofread documents
Manage the schedules of one or more professionals
Run various reports and distribute them to the appropriate department/employee

Position Requirements:
