Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead their human resources operations. The Head of Human Resources Operations serves as the champion, specialist, and operational leader for all systems and processes that affect the workforce.

It is a highly collaborative position that requires mentorship, leadership, and execution while maintaining focus on the strategic objectives of the organization.

The individual in this role will drive initiatives that foster a unified culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership in HR Operations (20%):
    Provide strategic and operational direction for the organization. Engage actively in management team meetings and facilitate the planning and execution of organizational events.
  • Organizational Development and Culture (40%):
    Collaborate with leadership to enhance understanding of the HR department's functions. Promote the organizational culture through effective communication and initiatives. Develop a Talent Development Strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Human Resources Generalist Functions (30%):
    Lead the HR team with strategic oversight. Regularly update the Employee Manual and ensure compliance with policies. Implement employee retention strategies and manage the employee lifecycle processes.
  • Additional Duties (10%):
    Deliver training within areas of expertise and participate actively in advisory councils and committees.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. SHRM-SCP certification. A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR roles within dynamic organizations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

Demonstrated ability to navigate organizational structures to facilitate decision-making. Proven success in building HR departments while executing tactical responsibilities. Strong adaptability and mental agility to incorporate feedback effectively.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
