Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract potential customers in the warehousing or manufacturing industries looking to invest in robotics and automation.


Market Research:
Conduct thorough market research to identify warehouse automation industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.

Customer Needs Assessment:
Engage with customers to comprehensively understand their business challenges, needs, goals through active listening and detail questioning.

Value Proposition:

Clearly articulate the value proposition of proposed software platform solutions, demonstrating how they address the customer's needs and deliver measurable benefits.


Customer Acquisition:
Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the acquisition and retention of customers.

Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospects, customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Proposal Creation:
Prepare detailed and persuasive proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that align with the customer's strategic objectives.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals and product offerings.


Feedback Loop:

Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to ensure our robotics fulfillment platform meet market needs.


Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on progress and challenges to the leadership team.

Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or sales within the warehouse automation and robotics industries.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of warehousing and logistics, manufacturing operations and associated industry dynamics.

Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated success in lead generation, customer acquisition, and closing deals in a highly evolving and competitive business environment.

Networking Skills:
Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft and deliver persuasive presentations.

Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and devise effective strategies.

Self-Motivated:
Highly self-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales related tools.
