Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential customers in the emergency services and restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in the restoration industry
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license
