The HR Coordinatorworks with established processes of moderate complexity and works to resolve errors within those processes in addition to making enhancements.

As a member of the HR team, the HR Coordinator will work on special projects in both group and independent settings.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists the Human Resources function in carrying out various programs, processes, and procedures.
- Supports key processes and activities related to team member actions.
- Provides administrative support to team member onboarding and offboarding process, including processing hiring information in HRIS, background check submission, collecting signatures, and assisting in other onboarding activities as needed.
- Monitors the HR Inbox, responding to those inquiries that are within the scope of the role and escalating other matters.
- Performs customer service functions by answering internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.
- Provides information for Verifications of Employment (VOE). Maintains team member files and HR records within our HRIS, utilizing different electronic tools and source documents.
- Assists or prepares correspondence, reports, and similar documents.
- Supports or conducts various audits.
- Assists with various research projects and/or special projects.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. 2 years of human resources experience required.
- Prior experience working with an HRIS/HRMS (UltiPro preferred) or the ability to quickly learn software programs.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resources principles, best practices, and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment that can be demanding at times.
- Proficient in MS Office and have the ability to learn a variety of computer operating systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality handle sensitive matters in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of key people processes.
- Possess solid people interactions skills even in repetitive situations.
- Strong ability to solve problems independently and with others.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn, grow, and develop in Human Resources.
- Ability to read and write in the English language.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- We have a hybrid workplace; the Data Analyst will be expected to be in person at our Kirkland WA office at least 3 days a week.

COMPENSATION:
- This is a Non-Exempt position with an hourly range of $ $33.00, depending on experience.
