INRIX is seeking an HR Coordinator to play a vital role within our dynamic team, responsible for enhancing employee experience throughout their journey. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in various aspects of Recruiting and Human Resources, allowing you to influence key decisions and initiatives while witnessing the direct impact of your contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the scheduling of interviews across departments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates while keeping hiring teams informed throughout the recruitment process. You will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective employees, shaping their first impressions of INRIX.
  • Engage in the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to managing offboarding procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage facilities to maintain an efficient and collaborative workspace.
  • Administer various office perks, including parking arrangements, business cards, transit passes, and access credentials.
  • Lead a vibrant calendar of morale-boosting events, volunteer opportunities, and introductory sessions with our leadership.
  • Participate in local networking and technology events, as well as organizing our annual University hackathons.
  • Oversee our summer internship program, from recruitment to creating an engaging experience for interns.

The compensation range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000, which includes base salary and bonuses. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. INRIX reserves the right to adjust the pay range at any time.
