Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinating Specialist to join our team at Friends of Youth. This role will provide administrative support and help advance program strategy, impact, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, employee requirements tracking, and program document management.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to coordinate employee recruitment and new employee onboarding.
  • Support Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) data entry, gathering, and report preparation.
  • Collaborate with Data Systems and Analytics to support program needs for data reporting, analysis, and outcomes.
  • Order and distribute supplies as requested by program services.
  • Serve as a liaison between Information Services and program employees to support technology platform utilization and training.
Program Operation Tasks
  • Collaborate across the agency to enhance cross-agency engagement and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Volunteer and In-Kind to identify and advocate for program needs and coordinate training schedules.
  • Coordinate and plan program-related events, such as employee outings and cultural events.
  • Assist with gathering input from youth and young adults through advisory boards, focus groups, and client satisfaction surveys.
Community Outreach and Engagement
  • Attend community and outreach engagement events as requested.
  • Support community partnerships to increase community engagement in program services.
  • Support program teams to identify and coordinate events and opportunities for clients to get involved in community events.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources Recruiter to support recruitment events and engagements.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS365 Power Platform.
