Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Nursing Resources Float Pool Team at EvergreenHealth. As a member of our team, you will provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate, assessing the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and coordinating their education process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and advocate for patients' needs
  • Assess and coordinate patient education
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
  • Desirable: Master's degree in Nursing
