Key Responsibilities:
- Manage interview scheduling across departments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates while keeping hiring teams informed throughout the recruitment journey.
- Engage in the complete employee lifecycle, facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee vendor relationships, facility management, and work orders to maintain an inviting office environment.
- Coordinate office perks such as parking, business cards, transit passes, and access credentials.
- Lead a vibrant calendar of morale-boosting events, volunteer initiatives, and onboarding sessions with leadership.
- Participate in local networking and technology events, as well as organize our annual University hackathons.
- Administer our summer internship program, from recruitment to offer extension and program execution.

The compensation range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000, encompassing base salary and bonuses. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. INRIX reserves the right to adjust the pay range at any time.
