Key Responsibilities:
The Corporate Human Resources Manager will play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Director of HR, and SVP of HR. This position will serve as the main point of contact for all corporate personnel and will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the HR functions across our properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading corporate recruitment efforts
- Overseeing training and development programs
- Managing performance evaluation processes
- Ensuring compliance with payroll and employment regulations
- Adhering to local, state, and federal employment laws
Qualifications:
To excel in the role of Corporate Human Resources Manager, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR within the hotel or resort industry, ideally in a generalist capacity
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
- SHRM or HRCI certification is advantageous
