Key Responsibilities:

The Corporate Human Resources Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Corporate Director of Talent Acquisition, Corporate Director of HR, and SVP of HR. This position will serve as the primary HR representative for corporate staff and will assist in various initiatives for property HR teams. Key functions include:

  • Overseeing corporate recruitment processes
  • Facilitating training and development programs
  • Managing performance evaluation systems
  • Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance
  • Adhering to local, state, and federal employment regulations

Qualifications:

To excel in the role of Corporate Human Resources Manager, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in the hotel or resort sector, ideally in a generalist capacity
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
  • SHRM or HRCI certification is advantageous
