The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual operating systems to support business processing requirements.

Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.

Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Ensure the security and integrity of the network infrastructure.

Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in system administration.

Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.

Employment type:
ongoing contract

Hours: 40 per week, onsite

Pay: 40.00 to 50.00 per hour,
