Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Study Intake Specialist to join our Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO) team at Seattle Children's Research Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the work of clinical trial intake and start-up, ensuring timely and efficient activation of studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and triage study intake documents, ensuring all required documents are procured.
  • Assign protocols to Clinical Research Budget Analysts using a determined method.
  • Create OnCore CTMS task lists for all incoming studies.
  • Manage summary accrual studies, staff changes, and ensure start-up activity requirements are met for study activation.
  • Perform quality control for OnCore CTMS financials prior to study activation.
  • Utilize current and future systems used by Seattle Children's, such as Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS), and support ongoing maintenance and improvement of existing workflows and systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in health sciences, business, information technology, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • 2 years of experience in a clinical research setting as a study coordinator, data coordinator, post-award administrator, or other administrative capacities.
  • Experience supporting professional staff in healthcare, research, analytics, or related fields, and performing a combination of data entry, management, and analysis, drafting, editing, and developing communications, presentations, and reports, and project and administrative coordination in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Administration and coordination experience in a clinical research setting.
  • Previous experience working with clinical trials management systems.
  • OnCore Financials and OnCore Calendar Build Certifications.
  • Experience as a clinical data coordinator.
  • Experience working with Epic.
Compensation and Benefits

Seattle Children's offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $63,000 to $94,744 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
