We are seeking a highly skilled Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Administrator to join our team at Seattle Children's Hospital. As a key member of our Facilities Business Unit, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall asset management, corrective repairs, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling of our equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Manage and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
- Provide training and support to staff on maintenance procedures and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in maintenance management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility operations and repair, with a combination of experience in planning, scheduling, and execution of a planned maintenance program
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Current Washington State Driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Risk Management
- Construction planning and oversight experience
- Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools, and methodologies
- Proven ability to lead committees, projects, and activities
- Experience with clinical and hospital applications and/or systems
- Experience supporting Contact Center customer-facing applications and internal user requirements
We offer a competitive salary range of $101,152.00 to $152,589.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
