Responsibilities:
  • Develop a regional strategy to expand and uphold a profitable construction service practice
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of promotional materials
  • Act as the primary contact for the construction service practice in the region
  • Participate in trade shows related to construction services
  • Assist in setting sales goals and project pursuit priorities
  • Support operations of the construction services practices
  • Provide leadership in project QA/QC and safety implementation
  • Manage and oversee direct reports' work
Qualifications:
  • BS or BA in relevant field (Construction Management or Project Management preferred)
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience
  • Proficiency in project management and client service
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts and Microsoft Word software
