Key Responsibilities

As the Regional Construction Services Lead, you will:
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand and sustain a profitable construction service division.
  • Act as the primary regional liaison for the construction service sector.
  • Engage in regional and national industry events to promote our construction services.
  • Contribute to local strategic planning sessions pertinent to construction services.
  • Assist in establishing sales objectives and project pursuit priorities.
  • Participate in Capture Teams and contribute to project proposals.
  • Support the operational management of construction services, including resource allocation and project assignment tracking.
  • Define operational parameters for the construction service division.
  • Provide leadership in quality assurance and quality control for projects.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Safety Director to enforce safety policies and practices.
  • Oversee and mentor direct reports.
Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the construction industry, complemented by relevant technical training.
  • Proficient in interpreting safety regulations, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to maintain and develop client relationships.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for presenting information clearly.
  • Experience in team management, including skill development and delegation of responsibilities.
  • A commitment to quality management and continuous improvement.
  • Financial acumen, with an understanding of business implications and profitability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and other relevant software.
  • A dedication to fostering an inclusive workplace that values diversity.
Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic, with regular exposure to outdoor conditions and mechanical equipment. The role may require travel to various work sites.

Physical Requirements

Employees in this position must be able to perform essential functions, including standing, walking, and operating equipment. Lifting and moving items up to 90 pounds may be necessary.
