Key Responsibilities

Your Daily Leadership Activities Include:
- Cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing customer relationships.
- Assessing client business challenges, identifying requirements, and proposing effective solutions.
- Negotiating pricing structures and service contracts.
- Crafting business strategies, setting sales targets, and devising comprehensive plans to meet those goals.
- Guiding, mentoring, and motivating your team of internal staff within your designated region.

Enhancing the company’s reputation in the community by establishing and maintaining connections with local organizations and community leaders.

Essential Competencies

We value strong analytical and quantitative skills, ethical integrity, attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, effective time management, customer service orientation, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), proven organizational skills, and the capability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in staffing, sales, and team management is preferred.
