Project Manager position at Oracle

  • Plans and leads project execution, ensuring successful implementation of contracted services
  • Scopes, plans, and coordinates all aspects of the project and project resources utilizing standard Project Management processes
  • Ensures alignment of staffing, forecast, financial budget, and margin for projects
  • Communicates to and manages expectations of program stakeholders
  • Builds relationships of trust with clients, teams, and stakeholders
  • Provides creative and high-quality solution leadership
  • Analyzes business needs to ensure solutions meet customer's objectives
  • Supports business development efforts and collaborates with the consulting sales team


Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years of project management experience
  • Comfortable working in a matrix management environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel as needed


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes business needs to help ensure solutions meet customer's objectives
  • Provides direction and mentoring to project team
  • Supports business development efforts and manages project scope


Salary Range: from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
