Job Overview

We are in search of a highly experienced and enthusiastic leader to oversee our Cybersecurity Consulting division. In this diverse role, you will manage the operations of the team, guarantee exceptional service delivery to our clients, and spearhead sales initiatives to enhance our presence in the government sector. Your strategic insight and technical acumen will be crucial in refining our consulting offerings, strengthening our clients' cybersecurity frameworks, and ensuring they meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive and support new client engagements through meetings, crafting proposals, developing reusable content, and collaborating with practice and sales leaders to create tailored solutions for clients' needs.

- Forge strong partnerships with Project Directors and the Business Development team to ensure the practice possesses the necessary capabilities and resources to meet projected business demands.

- Oversee contractual delivery and financial outcomes of all Security Services projects.

- Provide effective leadership to the cybersecurity consulting team, nurturing a collaborative and innovative workplace. Set clear goals, track performance, and mentor team members to promote professional growth and overall success.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, comprehending their specific requirements, and customizing our consulting services to tackle their distinct cybersecurity challenges.

- Leverage your extensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles, industry best practices, and emerging trends to guide the team in delivering top-notch consulting services.

- Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to broaden the client base and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and engage in client proposal responses and presentations.

- Supervise the successful implementation of cybersecurity consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Stay informed about the latest cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies, using this knowledge to continuously enhance our consulting services.

- Ensure all consulting engagements adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

- Provide billable direct project support by delivering security consulting services for government clients.

Minimum Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- A minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.

- At least ten (10) years of experience in developing innovative Cybersecurity solutions.

- A minimum of ten (10) years of consulting experience with government clients.

- At least five (5) years of experience with Healthcare systems.

- A minimum of three (3) years of involvement in business development for government consulting.

- At least three (3) years of experience managing a cybersecurity consulting team and driving sales growth in a consulting context.

- A minimum of five (5) years of leadership and/or project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.

- Comprehensive knowledge of MMIS, NIST, IRS, PCI/DSS security, and privacy considerations.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Experience managing security at an executive level.

- Project management expertise.

- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
