Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in technical customer account management or similar fields.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Oracle Health products or comparable technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to establish and maintain strategic roadmaps.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong judgment, maturity, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.

  • Roadmap Management: Develop and track project roadmaps, reporting on progress and achievements.
  • Drive Execution: Ensure timely delivery of features for users and developers.

  • Representation: Act as a representative of the division at the executive level with appropriate guidance.
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve division-wide challenges.
  • Diplomacy: Serve as the chief diplomat for the team, accurately conveying status, issues, and plans.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships across teams to effectively address complex challenges.
