Key Responsibilities:


Oversee the comprehensive direction, coordination, execution, and completion of designated projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, commitments, and objectives.

Lead the planning and execution phases of projects.
Facilitate the establishment of project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Identify project tasks and necessary resources.
Assemble and manage project teams.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Provide guidance and support to project personnel.
Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor and communicate project progress to all relevant stakeholders.
Deliver reports outlining project status, challenges, and solutions.
Implement and manage changes to achieve desired project outcomes.
Conduct evaluations and assess project results.
Act as a Proposal Development Manager to oversee the creation and submission of RFP bids.

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a project management role.
Demonstrated expertise in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
Prior experience in a consulting environment or as a Medicaid, MCO, or EMS project manager is advantageous.
Familiarity with the Shipley Proposal Process is beneficial.

Compensation:

Compensation for positions at Public Consulting Group varies based on numerous factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
