Project Manager Role at Crimson Enterprises

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Professional Services Division within the Solera Data Consulting Department in Wyoming.

As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in scoping and delivering projects for our Professional Services clients. You will work closely with the three sub-departments within the division - Implementation, Configuration, and Training - as well as collaborate with Sales Stakeholders to identify and qualify new opportunities for Solera.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope and deliverables for Solera projects, creating and maintaining project documentation, developing plans, and managing resources.
  • Monitor projects to identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, setting timelines and milestones, assigning responsibilities, and providing progress updates.
  • Collaborate with Sales account teams to identify and qualify new business opportunities for Solera and promote our unique value proposition.
  • Support clients by understanding their needs and pain points, and leveraging opportunities to upsell new Solera projects and consulting services.
  • Facilitate communication with project stakeholders, including reporting and status updates.
  • Provide leadership and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget by working with other Solera teams, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in scoping, planning, and delivering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the Professional Services industry.
