Responsibilties:
The Sales and Marketing Director develops and implements an effective marketing plan, conducting community outreach with professional referral sources, coordinating special events, tracking referrals, building and maintaining a marketing lead list, and conducting sales presentations with prospective residents and family members to achieve or exceed occupancy goals

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Minimum of three years experience in sales and marketing within senior services or healthcare settings

Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, sales, mass communications or related field. Upon evaluation, equivalent experience and/or educated related to the minimum experience below may be substituted for degree requirement.

Experience:
Understand the nature, complexity, and trends of senior living sales.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Excellent sales presentation skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Indesign, Photoshop andProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word, Publisher, and Excel.
Proficiency in using social media platforms.
Proficiency in use of CRM software programs.
