About the Role: Cassia is seeking a passionate and resident-focused Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for our Senior Living sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the performance of senior living communities in designated regions, ensuring they meet occupancy goals while delivering exceptional sales training.
Support and Resources: At Cassia, we equip you with cutting-edge marketing tools, comprehensive sales training, and a dedicated home office team. You will collaborate with a team of high-caliber professionals who share your commitment to our mission: to foster fullness of life for older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor Sales Directors to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to formulate effective strategies within the allocated budget.
- Provide ongoing support to Housing Directors, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Work in partnership with operational, clinical, and financial teams to achieve occupancy targets.
- Engage with development partners, investors, and team members across the organization.
- Recruit and onboard top-tier sales talent.
- Guide the sales team through the evolving landscape of healthcare.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media, community outreach, and public relations.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials in collaboration with the creative team.
- Craft clear communication messages that align with Cassia's brand.
- Utilize CRM software to track prospects and support Sales Directors in advancing sales.
- Collaborate with the Director of Communications to enhance public relations efforts.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales and/or sales management experience, with a focus on senior living.
- At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Experience managing sales teams across various markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
