Job Title: Sales Director

At MCR Hotels, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and control expenses.
  • Oversee the sales department, including direct sales, follow-up, sales administration, and staff management.
  • Supervise the sales team and ensure seamless on-property experience for all contracted customers.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, third-party meeting planners, and other key sources.
  • Attend meetings and functions required by the hotel or management.
Requirements:
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Sales experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others and negotiate.
  • Thorough experience with professional selling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • General database management knowledge.
  • Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or certification in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professionally well connected in the local market.
