We provide our Entry-Level Marketing Specialists with a wealth of resources to receive practical training alongside our experienced representatives.

  • Engaging in daily training sessions with our management and sales teams to gain expertise in client promotions, products, and strategies for enhancing customer acquisition.
  • Delivering exceptional service tailored to each individual in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Utilizing product knowledge to provide insightful advice and address any inquiries related to our clients' brands and missions.
  • Customizing consumer packages with competitive pricing based on our marketing database and current industry trends.
  • Collaborating in person, whether one-on-one or in team settings, to contribute innovative marketing and sales strategies to fellow representatives.
  • Effectively presenting our clients' brands to the target audience, bringing their stories to life and improving customer acquisition rates.

Basic Qualifications We Look For:

  • No prior experience is necessary, although experience in marketing, sales, client relations, or promotions is advantageous.
  • An Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred.
