What You'll Do:
Keep Us Running Like Clockwork: Oversee daily clinic operations, manage complex room schedules, and ensure our spaces are always ready for clients. You’ll continuously improve protocols to make us more efficient and effective.
Be the Executive Director’s Right Hand: Provide top-notch administrative support, from preparing reports to organizing meetings. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring the Executive Director’s day runs smoothly.
Leader of Projects: Lead projects like updating sensory baskets in our treatment rooms and managing standalone initiatives. Your project management skills will keep us on track and on budget.
Build Community: Plan and execute thoughtful staff events, organize inclusive team potlucks, and create raffle baskets that everyone will love. You’ll help foster a sense of community and appreciation among our team.
Finance & Budget Wizard: Assist with budget planning, track expenses, and ensure our financial processes are smooth and accurate. Your attention to detail will help keep our clinic on solid financial ground.
Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist: Lead the charge during staffing transitions, making sure new team members feel welcome and departures are handled smoothly. Your proactive approach will minimize disruptions and keep our team strong.
Who We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business administration (or related field) with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Organizational Rockstar: You’re a pro at juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and staying on top of details.
Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in managing complex spreadsheets. Experience with EHR systems and HIPAA regulations is a plus.
Culture-Builder: You’re passionate about creating a positive workplace and enjoy planning events that bring people together.
Operations Enthusiast: You love making things run smoothly and finding ways to improve efficiency.
