We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Parts Operations Coordinator to enhance our parts department. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient functioning of our parts operations, providing essential support to our service team and ensuring our clients' machinery remains operational.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and procure parts for forklifts, aerial lifts, and heavy machinery.
  • Ensure accurate packaging and timely shipping of parts orders.
  • Receive and properly stock incoming parts.
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of parts using a forklift.
  • Maintain a well-organized parts department.
  • Deliver parts to technicians promptly upon arrival.
  • Place orders with suppliers after verifying part numbers.
  • Follow up with clients regarding replacement parts and additional requirements via phone.
  • Handle incoming inquiries about parts with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with terminology related to forklift, aerial, and heavy equipment parts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Professional demeanor that reflects our company values.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs on occasion.
  • Dependable, punctual, and diligent.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in company software (Quickbooks, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Understanding of various aerial lift types, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, and telehandlers, as well as knowledge of forklift components like masts, carriages, forks, and outriggers is advantageous.
