Compensation: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Role Objective:

The Service Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing all personnel and administrative functions related to the branch's overhead crane service operations. This position is responsible for managing a variety of service requests from clients, necessitating a high level of efficiency and resourcefulness in dispatching technicians, processing orders, reviewing reports, and handling procurement tasks. The Service Operations Coordinator is essential in providing support to both Ace team members and our clientele. Administrative responsibilities include assisting with HR functions, safety protocols, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Ace technicians and team members to address customer service requests.
  • Assess and recommend necessary repairs or inspections.
  • Maintain customer relationships by reviewing service requests, identifying solutions, and suggesting enhancements.
  • Build and sustain customer trust through timely responses, clear communication of issues, and prompt completion of tasks.
  • Review documentation for grammatical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and other essential details.
  • Utilize computer applications to research inspections and renew recurring evaluations.
  • Confirm the completion of service tasks and manage invoicing processes.
  • Handle HR, safety, and fleet administration responsibilities.
  • Exhibit professionalism in presentation, punctuality, appearance, and organizational skills.

  • 45 hours per week.
  • 9-hour shifts, one shift per day.
