Experience & Education Required:

Proficiency using People Grove or similar CRM platform Command of LinkedIn to engage constituents At least three years (3) experience in alumni and/or student relations and or position required engagement of stakeholders in activities and programs Bachelor degree from accredited 4-year academic institution Experience working in an academic institution or non-profit Must have excellent writing  and exceptional verbal communication skills Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple timelines and meet deadlines

Summary of Position:

The Manager, Student & Alumni Relations will have the responsibility to implement activities and initiatives that will increase student and alumni engagement with The Consortium, as well as amongst each other. This position requires creativity and the ability to build coalitions and community. Superb customer relations is essential to being successful in this position and working collaboratively.  The Manager must be highly motivated and able to work independently and within a team. Specifically, the Manager is required to assist students and alumni with making connections to companies and champions within those companies. The Manager must be able to provide consistent communication to constituents about career opportunities in a timely manner.
