Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor action plans to meet personal and departmental student enrollment targets.
  • Assess session performance against established standards and personal inquiry objectives.
  • Assist students who have withdrawn in navigating the re-enrollment process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, institutional policies, and accreditation standards.
  • Guide assigned students through their academic programs, fostering a supportive environment for open communication regarding their aspirations and concerns.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with students to build rapport and trust.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Financial Aid and Academics, to provide exceptional service to all students enrolled in degree programs.
  • Consistently demonstrate the institution's core values: Execution, Communication/Feedback, and Professionalism.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of university policies and effectively communicate these to students.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable institutional policies and procedures.
  • Be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changes in work conditions or schedules.
  • Present a positive and professional demeanor in all communications with students and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone, along with strong written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated persistence and a positive attitude, with a self-motivated work ethic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills characterized by maturity and collaboration.
  • Ability to effectively utilize relevant institutional systems and databases.
  • This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Associate Degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or equivalent international qualification) is required.
  • Entry-level experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or equivalent international qualification).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Experience in post-secondary higher education admissions is a plus.
