Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide new students through the process of accessing their online classes.
  • Manage the printing and activation of security badges for students, faculty, and staff.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance and repair services for computers and printers.
  • Configure scan-to-email and scan-to-folder functionalities.
  • Utilize SCCM for imaging and reimaging desktops for students, staff, and faculty.
  • Set up equipment for new employees.
  • Update computers and simulation equipment in the SimLab.
  • Assist with the technological setup for graduation events.
  • Train new international students on accessing their classes and completing assignments.

Additional Duties:

Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the university's operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Reliability in adhering to scheduled hours is essential.
  • Compliance with all campus policies for students and employees is required.
  • Must be a current student at Herzing University and maintain good academic standing.

Education and Experience:

  • A High School Diploma or an equivalent international diploma is required.
