The Project Solution Specialist (Remote) is responsible for creating quality and timely project statements of work (SOW’s). This role coordinates sales teams, territory business leaders, regional project leaders and market project leaders in order to produce SOW’s while establishing an effective project result. This role incorporates regional financial objectives when developing SOW pricing. The Project Solution Specialist ensures that SOW deliverables align with operational capabilities and adhere to safety guidelines. This role promotes quality service and revenue performance by monitoring and taking necessary action for SOW’s to meet or exceed defined process SLA’s, financial targets and customer satisfaction. The Project Solution Specialist performs these activities for all types of project services SOW’s, including Library Deals, National Deals and those associated with Iron Mountain Clean StartTM. This role serves as the subject matter expert on RPO processing and systems. The Project Solution Specialist serves as an administrator who answers team questions and acts as a liaison who resolves technical issues.

Pay: $65,000 Annually ( negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Receive and process requests for project service SOW’s (submitted by sales)

⦁ Create and manage SOW’s using prescribed process steps

⦁ Develop pricing for SOW’s

⦁ Develop operational workflows for inclusion in project SOW’s

⦁ Serve as communication conduit between sales, customers and operations ⦁ Oversee SOW lifecycle from creation to completion (escalate as necessary) ⦁ Enable SOW statistic & metric reporting by collecting and summarizing data ⦁ Monitor SOW status proactively and follow up on unsigned projects diligently ⦁ Facilitate timely and accurate billing (and related timekeeping entries)

⦁ Communicate with regional leadership team, customers, peers and other employees at various levels in the organization (written and verbal)

⦁ Practice “Playing to Win” philosophy by partnering with sales and internal teams on deals

⦁ Think and act big picture (ideate innovation and embrace process standards) ⦁ Partner with and support multiple markets while ensuring organizational consistencies

⦁ Navigate the organization to advance opportunities and or resolve issues

⦁ Schedule and facilitate conference calls

⦁ Represent Iron Mountain and Project Services on customer calls

⦁ Maintain composure when dealing with difficult customers and internal issues

⦁ Understand customer needs and work with sales to develop and promote relevant and forward thinking solutions

⦁ Develop and interpret data to make informed decisions

⦁ Access and Interpret customer contracts/agreements

⦁ Implement RPO process changes within the team

⦁ Coordinate resolution of technical issues

⦁ Support onboarding and mentoring of RPO team members

⦁ Coordinate RPO coverage when team members have time off

⦁ Being responsive - working with a sense of urgency towards internal/external customers

⦁ Taking ownership of portfolio/assigned work from start to finish

⦁ Thorough knowledge and understanding of IM operations/workflows

⦁ Escalate & resolve complex issues quickly by engaging organization at correct level

⦁ Understanding financial plans, momentary and strategic value

⦁ Ability to use tracking mechanisms and operate software
