Position Overview

As a Solutions Implementation Specialist at Autodesk, you will report to the Enterprise Customer Success Consulting Manager. Your primary role will be to provide post-sale implementation consulting, ensuring the successful adoption of Autodesk solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with fellow Implementation Specialists to deliver consulting services to enterprise clients, offering technical guidance, training, and industry insights to maximize their investment in Autodesk technologies.
  • Drive client business enhancements by advising on strategic process improvements in design and manufacturing systems, integrating CAD, Simulation, Generative Design, and other design data with production and manufacturing information.
  • Support Sales and Business Development teams by illustrating the value of consulting services and assisting in the development of customer proposals.
  • Establish new business improvement processes and prioritize necessary solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of current situations, propose ideal models, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Define detailed requirements and workflows for the application of Autodesk products such as Autodesk Fusion, Inventor, Fusion360 Generative Design, and Vault.
  • Present optimal applications of Autodesk products to clients and document detailed use cases.
  • Work collaboratively with external customers and internal consulting teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Promote and ensure adoption through presentations, testing, and training on solution specifics.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the Global Consulting Group regarding customer experiences to enhance product and process quality.
  • Develop systems architecture, test codes, and implement tailored solutions.
  • Create custom modules utilizing technical skills, including programming knowledge, and train client programmers on customizing Autodesk solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an implementation consultant for design and manufacturing solutions, including 3D CAD, Generative Design, CAM/NC, CAE/Simulation, and PLM within the automotive or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation (DX) and digital twin concepts in the manufacturing domain.
  • Experience in structured analysis of business information and workflow use case analysis.
  • IT proficiency in web applications, cloud technologies, and databases.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software industry.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and strong business acumen.
  • Effective management skills across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, responsibility, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English.
