Your focus will be on recognizing client needs, formulating growth strategies, and nurturing relationships. This encompasses business strategy, product innovation, sales channels, expansion, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain existing client relationships within designated regions.
  • Identify and engage new client relationships in critical market segments, strategically positioning our products to encourage adoption and standardization.
  • Actively pursue project opportunities and ensure successful business acquisition.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to guarantee that client specifications are fulfilled.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to pinpoint industry trends that can inform new product development.
  • Work in partnership with regional sales teams to ensure that channel partners and contractors prioritize our solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our market position and effectively differentiate our offerings from competitors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with a robust technical foundation in account development and the sale of project-based hardware and/or software systems solutions.
  • Familiarity with procurement policies, IT procurement requirements, and facilities management within large organizations.
  • Insight into the procurement cycles of government and corporate clients.
  • Proficiency in Audio, Video, and Control solutions as they pertain to esports environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, and highly organized work habits.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced professional office setting.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% of the time.
