Position Overview:
The Client Solutions Specialist role is a full-time opportunity based in RTP, NC.

This position is pivotal in driving the growth of our organization and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions for clients.

Responsibilities are diverse and dynamic, encompassing the management of all aspects related to TruLab devices, including setup, quality assurance, logistics, inventory oversight, and troubleshooting for both domestic and international clientele.

This role involves the deployment of TruLab devices and managing user access for Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) clients.

The individual will collaborate closely with the TruLab IT/systems and product teams and may undertake additional IT and product-related duties.

We seek candidates who are meticulous, proactive, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often unstructured environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the deployment of devices for TruLab clients, both domestically and internationally.
  • Oversee all device-related activities, including setup, quality assurance, and logistics.
  • Manage and monitor device inventory, including forecasting future needs.
  • Collaborate with TruLab clients to troubleshoot issues and provide technical support as necessary.
  • Administer access to the system, including for BYOD client users.
  • Perform additional IT or product-related tasks as required.
