Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Must be on duty 40 hours per week and must be available by telephone after hours and on weekends.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training of all staff members
Be familiar with The Wood Group's policy and procedures to include employee handbook.
Complete monthly administrative training as well as monthly training for staff members.
Responsible for assuring that all state standards and facility procedures are implemented, followed and updated as required.
Good time management, organization, attention to detail, and computer proficiency are integral.
Ability to respond with individuals and staff with patience, empathy, and understanding.
Responsible for assuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect.
Scheduling staff shifts and contacting HR with any staffing concerns.
Working hand in hand with the Behavioral Health Authority on all issues and concerns of the residents.
Immediately report all abuse, neglect or exploitation and medication errors to The Wood Group's Client Rights Officer.
