The successful candidate will have a minimum intermediate level of skills in common office software including - Microsoft office, Outlook, Adobe, Excel & Word. Ideally the candidate will have prior experience with purchase order processing. Answering main phone line.
Processing of Inspection & Service Reports.
Computer based file sorting, creation, monitoring.
Data entry.
Mailing/ small item shipping.
Answer customer telephone calls.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
