Essential Qualifications:


Must be a US Citizen and successfully complete a Tier 1 background investigation to qualify for a Public Trust position.

A B.A. or B.S. degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, Word, and Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organizational and task management abilities.

Core Competencies:
Experience in drafting memos, organizing files, and managing documentation.

Proficient in Excel, including the development of spreadsheets to monitor project progress and tasks.

Skilled in managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, and composing detailed meeting notes.

Experienced in coordinating travel arrangements.

Capable of preparing comprehensive reports and briefing executives.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute various administrative duties, including drafting memos, organizing files, typing, and copying documents.

Create and maintain spreadsheets, along with program, project, and task files, as well as technical support information for program and project managers.

Organize and oversee calendars for one or more managers, schedule meetings, take meeting notes, and distribute them to participants.

Prepare correspondence, briefs, and reports, and assist in planning, initiating, and tracking task assignments and associated data.

Support in preparing and processing travel arrangements while maintaining travel requests and records.

Distribute and monitor taskings, data calls, and coordinate troubleshooting requests as necessary.
