Position: Executive Administrative Coordinator
Location: Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
Qualifications
(a) A minimum of two years' relevant experience in office administration;
(b) A valid driver's license with at least six months of driving experience;
(c) Proficiency in both spoken and written English;
(d) Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is a plus;
(e) Experience in a public or governmental setting is advantageous;
(f) Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Executive Administrative Coordinator will:
(a) Manage and organize the central filing system and oversee the disposal of outdated files;
(b) Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory;
(c) Provide logistical support, including backup driving duties;
(d) Maintain and update local staff leave records and balances;
(e) Assist in the planning and execution of official events and functions;
(f) Undertake any administrative or additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Contract Details
This position is offered on a two-and-a-half-year contract basis. Renewal of the contract may be considered based on performance evaluations.
