**Job Summary**

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our client as the point of contact in their office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and procedures, including administrative services, facilities, supplies, and vendor relations.
  • Serve as the primary contact for building security and manage supply ordering and general upkeep of the office.
  • Act as a Project Manager for specific projects, including office set-ups, lobby management, and company-wide meetings.
  • Organize office workflow by scheduling and coordinating staff, communicating essential information, and planning meetings and events with internal and external parties.
  • Manage front desk phone lines and ensure proper communication and forwarding services.
  • Serve as a liaison between senior management and administrative personnel to ensure both leaders and administrative staff are receiving the support and resources needed for the office to operate effectively.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in office management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
