Addison Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support our client as the point of contact in their office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures, including administrative services, facilities, supplies, and vendor relations.
- Serve as the primary contact for building security and manage supply ordering and general upkeep of the office.
- Act as a Project Manager for specific projects, including office set-ups, lobby management, and company-wide meetings.
- Organize office workflow by scheduling and coordinating staff, communicating essential information, and planning meetings and events with internal and external parties.
- Manage front desk phone lines and ensure proper communication and forwarding services.
- Serve as a liaison between senior management and administrative personnel to ensure both leaders and administrative staff are receiving the support and resources needed for the office to operate effectively.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
