One Federal Solution is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Office Coordinator to provide essential support to our federal client.

The Administrative Office Coordinator plays a vital role in delivering administrative assistance across various departments within a large governmental organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and address the needs of the office and its personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the time and attendance liaison for government personnel, managing a workforce that may range from five to eighty-five employees.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant policies and regulations, maintaining accurate documentation for leave and payroll audits.
  • Effectively process Time and Attendance using the designated payroll system and assist with payroll-related inquiries, including premium pay and leave management.
  • Provide support to staff regarding travel arrangements, including navigating the e2 travel system and completing travel vouchers.
  • Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for office operations, including travel and supply management.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing requests to the General Services Division, utilizing tracking systems to manage requests efficiently.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, seeking assistance when necessary.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary equipment and access.
  • Facilitate the return of government property for departing employees and ensure proper deactivation of access badges.
  • Assist with case management as part of the Consular task force as needed.
  • Notify relevant departments when employees are assigned workspace or return equipment.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional writing skills, capable of producing error-free documents for high-level stakeholders.
  • Adaptable to the evolving needs of the office environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Type:
Full-time, Contract

$28.00 per hour
