Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper. The includes administrative assistance, inputting and managing finances with QuickBooks, managing expense reports, accounting, bookkeeping, investor relations, assisting CEO, coordinating meetings, assisting with communication and relationship building with investors, and other related fund management activities.
Qualifications
- Intimate Knowledge of QuickBooks software (2 years+ experience), and bookkeeping and financial management
- Experience in executive administrative assistance and high net-worth clients.
- Flexibility is key as we are a small team and change often to utilize short term conditions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
