A little about who we are:
Situated along the scenic Charles River and overlooking the Boston skyline, the recently renovated Hyatt Regency Boston / Cambridge is a welcoming hotel conveniently located near Cambridge’s Kendall Square, the city and steps from some of the most prestigious universities such as MIT, Boston University and Harvard. The short 5 mile drive from Logan Airport makes travel fast and convenient. Our guests can spend the afternoon walking, running or biking along the Charles River, or work out using our Fitness Center. Our food & beverage offerings include in-room dining in guest rooms and suites with breathtaking views of the Charles River and the city of Boston or equally curated experiences in our seasonal patio or the dining room of our, soon to open, newly conceptualized restaurant and bar lounge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years cooking experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred
- Experience in menu planning and development
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them
- Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
