The Role

The Global Sales Operations CoE Engagement Lead  will work in a dynamic environment to align WTW's sales technology strategy through communications and trainings targeted for our segments and businesses. This role will partner closely with technology, the CoEs and the businesses to improve the overall effectiveness of internal/external communications and trainings of our client management processes and tools. This role will specifically champion the client contracting process and CLMS (COMET) and Dynamics CRM, by intimately understanding and improving the user experiences.

Tasks

Manage internal stakeholder and end-user communications and trainings to elevate engagement for WTW’s two critical sales operation processes/systems: Client Contracting Lifecycle Management System (CLMS) and Dynamics.  Create, manage, and deploy a variety of communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, emails, and intranet updates. Maintain a comprehensive database of business stakeholders and tailor communication channels and methods to their needs, such as cascading updates for broad audiences and direct outreach for key individuals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key segment and business stakeholders (., sales leaders, operations leaders, and serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, feedback, and concerns.  Collect, analyze, and understand stakeholder sentiment and feedback to collaborate with CoE leaders to continuously refine and improve sales operations processes to meet business needs. Engage with end-users to respond to inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate resources and leaders as required. Conduct end-user training sessions and create comprehensive user guides and FAQs to help users effectively utilize the systems. Lead change management initiatives to help stakeholders and end-users adapt to new processes and systems implemented by the COEs. Support business engagement needs of other Sales Operations led processes as needed.
