As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing sales processes and managing deals within a fast-paced business setting. Your role will involve acting as a central point of contact and analyst, collaborating with various teams including legal, sales, customer success, professional services, and information security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison and facilitator among cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth deal progression and address any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Work closely with sales teams to grasp customer needs and ensure that proposed deals align with business goals and pricing strategies.
  • Partner with legal operations and contracting teams to oversee contract review and approval processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, deal management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with legal and contract management.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing contracts, pricing proposals, and project scopes to ensure accuracy and completeness, thereby minimizing errors and mitigating risks.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $35/hr - $40/hr W2
*Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, work experience, location, specific job duties, and certifications.
