An international engineering company with a facility near Rochester, Michigan is currently seeking a Key Account Manager for long-term, Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Account Managers and salespeople that are looking for a company that offers remote work, excellent career growth, development, and competitive salaries and commissions.

Requirements

Qualified Key Account Managers will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

·         3+ years of recent/relevant experience in industrial sales to OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers.

·         Bachelors in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar field.

·         Knowledge of adhesives, dispensing, or mechanical joining systems is a plus.

·         Must be able to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).

·         Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.

Benefits

Key Account Managers will be working full-time, with a base salary anticipated to be between $(phone number removed)/year based on each candidate's experience, as well as uncapped commissions with a gross pay for the first year of about $(phone number removed). After the first year, commissions tend to equal about 75-100% of the salary after building relationships with. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.

This role will be remote except for customer visits for sales and relationship-building—no in-office work required
