As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of payroll activities, providing support to employees, and working with various software systems.

Responsibilities:
• Process payroll, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian for payroll processing.
• Provide support for employees regarding payroll inquiries, including password resets, pay stub access, and basic questions.
• Assist in the implementation of the Dayforce system, acting as a subject matter expert for any arising issues.
• Monitor and maintain accurate employee records, including 401k administration and auditing.
• Ensure the timely resolution of any payroll-related issues, maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of payroll activities.
• Assist with additional accounting functions as required.
• Utilize Crystal Reports to generate necessary reports for payroll activities.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, suggesting improvements where necessary.• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Experience with Ceridian
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports
• Experience with 401k - RRSP Administration
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Proven experience in Auditing
• Experience with Benefit Functions.
